Shipping

Once you place an order you will receive an email confirmation from us to say we’ve got it.

We will aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days and you will receive an email notification to confirm dispatch.

All orders will be shipped via Evri and tracking information will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

Please allow up to 5 working days from dispatch for UK orders and up to 10 working days for USA, Canada and Australia.

Packaging

Each order is carefully checked and packed by hand in the UK before making its way to you.

All freetides poly-bags and mailers are made from 100% certified Ocean-Bound Plastic (OBP). The Ocean Bound Plastic certification guarantees traceability, so we know the plastic recycled was at risk of polluting our oceans.

Shipping Costs - United Kingdom

Shipping within UK costs £4.95 per order.

International Shipping

We also ship to the USA (excluding Hawaii) and Canada, and Australia.

Shipping internationally costs £28.95 per order.

At the moment, we only ship our products to the UK, USA, Canada and Australia.

Returns

How it works

We hope you love your freetides swimwear as much as we do! However, if you do need to make a return you can do so within 30 days from date of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Please return your order in the original packaging with all labels intact and include your completed returns form in the parcel. If you return your items without the returns form we may be unable process your refund.

Please note, if you attempt to make a return after the 30-day returns period your refund will not be processed, and the item(s) you have returned may not be sent back to you.

Reducing waste and maintaining high hygiene standards is extremely important to us, therefore your items must meet certain criteria in order to be eligible for a refund. If the below criteria is not met, you may be denied a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, all items must be:

  • In pristine saleable condition - any swimwear you wish to return must show no signs of wear.

  • With hygiene liner in tact and no signs of removal.

  • With all labels attached and in pristine condition.

  • Returned in the original packaging.

    Gift Cards are non refundable and are to be treated as cash.

Exchanges

Got the wrong size or want to swap your order? Don’t worry, we will post you one exchange for free!
To be eligible for a free exchange the returned order must meet the returns criteria stated above. Please note the buyer is responsible for posting the original order back to us.
